We took my dog in a few years ago when her eye came out of her socket and she was BLEEDING OUT in our arms. When we rushed in we were told "sorry, no vet is in today🤷‍♀️". WHAT? How can you call yourself an animal hospital..? Luckily we were able to rush in to another vet that we had never even come into before and they dropped EVERYTHING to save our dog. Sidney animal "hospital" is a joke and I do not recommend to anyone.

Staff were very helpful when my poor old pup just needed a quick break from the heat during an unexpected spike in temperature. Very appreciative of their kindness today; they didn't need to help but also didn't hesitate at all. Thank you!

They are so helpful here. The vets are friendly and are always available. We have been taking our two cats here for a while and will never go to a different vet.

I am upping my review this time around. My visit before last really disappointed me in that because both my boys are long haired scruffy looking darker skinned in appearance, it felt that they had judged us unfairly and made the whole experience of saying goodbye to put down my son's childhood friend of 17 years more about the money being paid first, that I do understand that part but the girl interrupted us right when my son and kitty were saying a final goodbye while he was being sedated, they didn't even give us 30 seconds alone before interpretation, even when the vet had said they would give us 5 minutes alone to say goodbye. To be honest just felt like they judged my boys by thier looks and made that goodbye to his buddy less than due to it. I did afterwards a few days later voice my disappointment of that on person, and they did apologize for the lack of care. I have always had great interactions with the vets and the folks in front. They are polite and answer all questions. Aside from that one bad experience I have been a client for years. This recent visit was for a new kitten, the vet was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns, she explained a few things about kittens and set us up with vaccinations and I left feeling confidant that everything was good. I do recommend this veterinary office.

Doctor Friesen is amazing. My cat was very ill and after brining him into the Sidney Animal Hospital he was given a couple medications that resolved all his issues. My cat is doing better then ever thanks to the care and treatment he was given.

The vet we dealt with was text book competent and was good with our dog, however, when queried about holistic medicine (and some quite commonly well known holistic medicine) I was answered with "I don't know anything about that." and not "I don't know but I'll find out or tell me more.". They also don't ask important questions, like health history, what you feed your pet and any supplements they are taking. Also be forewarned their prices are higher than average and their mark-up on prescriptions is criminal and best filled elsewhere. If you require good vet services go here, if you want great vet services, look elsewhere.

The best vet in this SIDNEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL! And after the shot , Mochi got his tag for the shot! Not like the last vet we saw a month ago at Dean Park Pet Hospital , forgot to send me the email even .
