Thank you SiteOne Landscaping in West Kelowna for incredible efficiency and customer service! I was directed to SiteOne from Val at Black Diamond Soil Services after inquiring about a bulk delivery of soil to my home. I thought the process would be complicated, but the staff I spoke to one the phone said it would no problem to bring it up my steep driveway with their equipment and it could be delivered the next day! Wow! Sure enough, on the day requested the truck was there early morning with a heavy duty bobcat (?!). The soil, which is of beautiful quality, was delivered no problem. It is a massive amount for a very cost-effective price. Thank you so much SiteOne West Kelowna!

I spent $160 on Basalt rock ( 1 yard) and they gave me rock which was absolutely filled with dirt. So now there is a solid layer of dirt underneath the rock. It completely voids the weed control fabric I put down. Staff at Burnco didn't care. They said it was a bad batch. Nothing they could do.

I had a delivery of lawn sod set for “8am -9:30am” no call, no delivery. They haven’t answered the phone all morning I have called 46 times.
Now I have paid $314 for delivery and lost a full day of work. Still no answer or call back from my vm…

You can checkout their website, for information on their products and pricing. I tried calling first, during business hours, and got a message machine. So I went on their website. Burncolandscape.com . I was looking for rocks, so their pricing is per bag, per yard, including delivery. The bag option is handy if you just want a bag or several put down in your yard, and you can do with it as you choose. I take it they come back for the bag? Ive used Burnco from Surrey to Calgary and they have always been super helpful and friendly. When they haven't had the stock I want, they have had it brought in for me. We always recommend Burnco to others
