I was referred by my Dr. who is on the mainland.
I phoned to confirm my referal and make certain the referal was all good, as I live over an hour away.
When I followed up, the reception informed me that the Dermatologist had dismissed my referal, as it was obviously " in error ".
When I mentioned I had previously called and confirmed the referal, I was supposedly reinstated, it has now been years and nothing!

Ive had nothing but positive experiences here and i’m grateful for the professional team. Lisa is a wonderful person and if you are hesitant to get the mole mapping and photography done - just do it. The technology is amazing and it can prevent life altering diagnoses. Completely worth it!

The receptionists at this place are absolutely incompetent and quite often flat out rude. Every single time I leave, I ask for a follow up as requested by the doctor, each time I get a "You will receive a reminder" which I NEVER do. I always have to call or email to request a follow up. Get your crap together. The response I recieved was that they have the wrong contact information. Was provided years ago and has never changed.
