We were in town to ski Revey, I was looking forward to upgrading my 12 year old boots. It was my first time getting fitted for boots, so didn’t know what to expect. Hugo, the boot fitter, was patient and very knowledgeable of how the different boots fit my flat 50 year old Flinstone type feet.
After a day skiing, the boots didn’t feel comfortable out of the box. I came in that same afternoon looking for an answer(help to relieve the pain), again, Hugo was the man! He was very patient with me and my anxiety to get back on the slopes, and assured me I will walk out with a more comfortable boot, I was skeptical. He recommended a heat mold and a new foot bed to help with my flat, long arch. Bingo! I was not aware I had flat feet. LOL. Thanks for hooking me up Hugo

Alex does world class boot fitting. I don't say that lightly. I've got trouble feet due to surgery on boot feet, and as a mountain guide skiing is central to my life. So I've gone to see the best from Vail to Verbier. Alex went above and beyond doing creative foam work on my new liners, punched my shell in a difficult spot, and offered sound guidance through the whole process. Can't recommend enough.

Yeah, if you go in and it's on the shelf they will sell it to you. Beyond that good luck. Many times throughout the years they said they would order an item in and I would never hear back or call and be told my order was never placed. Amazon to the rescue!

We had an issue with our ebikes and found out Skookum is a Giant Dealer. JF was the ‘Giant expert’ and he graciously took pity on us, since we were travelling through, and he was able to get our problem solved that morning! He was wonderful to deal with! What a great store!

Out of my mind I broke a buckle on my ski boot on a 10 day ski road trip. My boots are old and not very common. Jeff @ Skookum hooked me up and helped come up with a repair that made it thru the rest of my trip. Great shop to buy new stuff and get stuff repaired!
