I went to Ann to get advice in selecting a new CPAP mask. I had one in mind and she had it in stock. I tried it, then tried some others that she suggested. It was so nice to be able to try them instead of ordering blindly online. Plus I wanted to support a local business. I ended up getting the one she recommended and just love it, it is lighter and has less "infrastructure" than my mask had. Sleeping like a baby. Thanks Ann!

Max and Ann are amazing. My mom was in hospital and I was scrambling to find a respitory system asap for her to be released and not only did they get started on it that day, but Max paid her a visit the following day to get things organized + finalized. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. From the tech showing up at my place for a consultation smelling like cigarettes, and telling me what a hurry he was in to see other clients, to a phone call from owner, Jason, wanting to charge me for a mask I had called the office about picking up 3 weeks previously and challenging me as to the validity of my phone calls for pick up. Then when I reacted to his challenge, he hangs up on me like a 4th grader. Way better respiratory companies out there, I don't recommend this one at all
