I just spent an hour and a half with Abhi, who helped me sort out a billing problem with virgin plus.
Not only did he get everything sored out for me after being transferred to many different departments, he was a pleasure to deal with.
Very thorough, persistent and calm.
Excellent service here in mission.
Would highly recommend this store.
