Made an appointment to remove all four of my wisdom teeth. Receptionist asked if I would like to be “drug induced”, obviously I said yes assuming she was referring to anesthesia. When it came to the surgery I was given a $300 pill for “anxiety”, immediately I questioned what this pill was for since I assumed I was being put under. I was told this is what I agreed to and it was too late to get an anesthesiologist in time. Already not a great experience. During the wisdom teeth extraction I was awake the whole time which wasn’t very pleasant. Afterwards the dentist mentioned he fractured my jaw saying it was “normal” to have happened, which it is NOT NORMAL and just to top it off he wrote a proscription for normal strength Tylenol for the pain.

Years later and I’m still living with a jaw that’s constantly sore, tense and clicks every time I open my mouth.
Do not recommend!

Dr. Francis and his staff are truly amazing. I cannot say enough
along with State of the Art equipment. Dr. Francis is extremely patient, skillfully fast, gentle and always makes his patients feel safe and comfortable. It is very rare that I have ever felt any pain when Dr. Francis is administering freezing or pulling off a temporary cap. Dr. Francis and his knowledgeable staff makes for an outstanding visit every time. I actually look forward to going to the Dentist! Oh and must mention all the STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT!!

Dr. Chris Souliotis listened and attended to every concern I had until every little tiny detail was perfect and I was 1000% happy.
