This young brown haired chubby boy turned me and my friend away with 2 pieces of ID, one being a drivers license and one a credit card with our names on it. I’ve never been turned away for this and he said we had to leave and come back with two government issued photo ID’s. Never going to that place again and I hope the worker educated himself on the law.

Faulse advised merchandise a safe saying saver mini safe is not a safe at all it is a button opening plastic thing for 30 dollars and they wouldn’t reimburse me for false advertising or even tell me it’s not a real safe when I asked specifically if it was a real safe that locked stuff away terrible

I purchased a vape from them and un about a week it stopped working. I tried to return it and was told I had to go to the manufacturer for warranty. I've contacted the manufacturer four times and no response. I should have been given an exchange due to the very short period I had it. I do not recommend smoke in the water as they don't stand behind the products they sell.

With extremely professional and great customer service this place is a must go just for that, the owner is a super nice person and always is getting in the newest and greatest gear and products for the store. their variety of selection is more vast than any other smoke shop here in town hands down. They also carry really good incense which one of the kinds is my favorite i like to pick up out of anywhere in town. 10/10 on my list for smoke shops, you need to check this place out ASAP....

first visit was fantastic, 2nd time not so great. They would not exchange the unused bowl, that was the wrong size for my water pipe. It would have been nice to know the policy before I bought the piece.

Late of doing this review. The two guys that work there are excellent at customer service.

When I started my switch to vape they took the time to explain the benefits of each pen, what level of juice would be best suited my needs.

Still smike rguglar cigarettes also and they remember who I am and what my brand loyalty is.

So much selection on all smoke items and vape juice is cheaper then any other store in town!

I do not recommend buying any of there erigs like yocan they do not and will not stand behind or honor the product they sell basically got told not our problem send it to yocan the bunk part is I bought it (the cube x) a month and a half ago for almost $70 so nope won't be back again plenty others in the valley that do honor the product

Go up
