Dr.MacDonald and all the front end staff are fabulous, kind and compassionate people.
Dr.MacDonald is the best Dr. I have ever had. She takes the time to thoroughly go over your concerns, never rushing you and if needed seeks out other professional help for an opinion if she feels needed. I see mentioned you have to wait or Dr. is behind. yes, on occasion you might need to wait for your appointment and the Dr. is behind but I’m never bothered as I know this is due taking the time needed for each patient,ensuring each patients concerns are met and herd. (If that’s the only issue! I don’t think it’s an issue at all) I’m truly grateful to have Dr. M as our family physician. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for me over the past few years.

Yes appointments are often late, however if people would give some thought as to why this happens they'd realize it's because the doctors will take the time nesscessary to do a proper job of listening to and helping their patients..

Rather than rushing them in and out with a guess at a prescription in 5 minutes.

Dr MacDonald is a fantastic Dr, quite possibly the best I've ever seen, she is very thorough, humble enough to admit if she doesn't know something and needs a bit of time to seek advice or to do some research.

She was willing to work with me on some very difficult diagnostics and eventually we did get to the bottom of the issue.

She's a great human, I only hope she doesn't suffer dr burnout as it so often happens these days.

I doubt they're taking new patients but if you're lucky enough to get in there you'll be well cared for.

Also the MOA's there are fantastic, friendly and great about fitting urgent appointments in.

I have to shout out to Dr. T. Rimmer here in Duncan. He and his team are amazing. They all work their tails off. Dr Rimmer and is always kind, reassuring, and exceptional at communication. He is great with my kids. He has called us back 2x this week after hours to arrange appointments for my Daughter's fractured foot. I feel extremely lucky and greatful to have been grandmothered into his care through Shawn's mom. In love with small town life.

Best doctors office by far. Yes you end up waiting for the doctor (but where in BC do you not). The ladies are always willing to fit you in last minute if need be. The doctors are professional and kind. This doctors office respects privacy and is very understanding. Highly recommend.

They have beeny family's clinic since we moved here 21 years ago and the staff and doctors have all been great!
