I find it necessary to give SA a big thumbs down for service. I ordered a belt in Sussex, was told I missed a weekly order deadline earlier in that same day; so unless I wanted to pay in excess of $20 for courier service, my order would SIT until the order would be placed in 7 days time.THEN it would be yet another full week before said belt would arrive in Sussex.
Since 'the belt' was not immediately required, I took the 2 week route......because of the $$ cost,of course.
Two weeks go by, and when I phoned to 'check', I was told that the belt; coming out of their St.John ,NB branch .....mind you..! !; did NOT arrive.......for unexplained reasons .

I went in to get s belt for my lawn mower and this older man came out and grabbed the belt out if my hands. He then cured in front of my kids. And when I went to pay for the belt he asked if I wanted to pay for it in cash or credit card but in a very mean tone and I then walked out. And to find out that he gave me the wrong belt witch means I'm going to need to go all the way back into town to get a different one. Don't know what is problem was but I now know why you don't see any customers there and because of this he lost this customer too there is other places to get what I need and they will get it right too
