Highly recommend seeing Shannon if you have any type of vertigo. The doctors as the hospital told me that the crystals in my inner ear were dislodged. I was very ill for days prior visiting south delta physio. Shannon diagnosed me with Vestibular Neuritis, which has nothing to do with crystals of the inner ear. I was so thankful to figure out what it was I actually had. She then got me back on my feet walking and I am now fully cured after 3 weeks. Knowing what you have and how to treat the issue was critical for me. Thank you Shannon! I will recommend you to anyone that has issues with dizziness.

I had five appointments with South Delta physiotherapy.... I did the exercises that I was given at home and I saw little to no results.... I decided to go on YouTube to see if there are any other alternatives because the ones that were given to me by my physiotherapist I was really struggling and he didn't really give me any other alternatives....
After doing the exercises that I've seen on YouTube about a week later my knee started feeling much better go figure....
I kind of wish that I didn't use all of my benefits at South Delta.
Please don't waste your time and go elsewhere.
