Service excellent et rapide! Aucune attente ! Au Québec, il n'est pas rare d'attendre 12 hres pour voir un médecin.

Sitting in an empty waiting room waiting to be seen for over half an hour after having a very bad fall. Staff seem more worried about finding the closed sign than helping. Not even an ice pack offered while I wait. After 2.5 hours I finally get called to see the doctor where I am then informed there is no xray tech in now and I have wasted my time seeking treatment. I now either drive to Penticton and wait there for hours or wait until Monday when xray will return.

Bed side manner was clearly missing. Nurse quite smug and even vindictive. Such a shame. I understand that this industry can be difficult, however there seems an intentional attitude of combativeness. The nurse seemed determined to get into an argument. Unfortunately the opposite of why we visit our health care institutions.

Save yourself! Every encounter you are met with incompetent nurses. HIPPA violations and Inappropriate Care. Go to Kelowna! Yes bypass Penticton if you can!

Instead of the medical care I needed, I end up in the parking lot crying because they are closed and there are no doctors anywhere in town. Worst part of living in Oliver. No medical care. Was ready to loose my damn mind in the parking lot because the overwhelming feeling of powerlessness I experienced as they turned me away.

Huge thanks and respects to all who serve in the Oliver hospital, thanks a million to you all. Shame and disgrace on BC government for their incompetance and lies, they could import thousands of well trained doctors from the world, many many want to come and practice in Canada, BC in particular. All politicians have doctors and access to full medical assistance and hospitals, vast numbers of BC citizens do not.

Travel nurse a lousy bedside manor, spoke so quiet you couldn't understand her mumbling. Intake process was frusterating when you answer questions and they ask same ones again. They definately are not in a hurry to attend to people who are obviously uncomfortable.
Sorry we inconvenienced your day by being there. Nobody wants to go to a hospital, so abit of compassion would go a long way.
Doctors seem proficient & pleasant. Male nurse very nice.
