Dr. Song is the most professional, kind, and responsible doctor I’ve ever seen. I can feel how much he loves his career and wants to help more of us. Every time, he would explain my issue until the point that I fully understand it. Hope that more people gets to know this wonderful doctor!

The communication at this clinic is really bad. I have been told multiple contradictory things by different receptionists and the doctor about when the doctor is available to see me as a walk-in. If you are able to book an appointment weeks in advance then you'll be fine, but don't trust what they say about doctor availability and just assume you will not be seen as a walk-in.

0 out of 10, they messed up with my prescription, and faxed the wrong number to the pharmacy, I visited twice to confirm with the pharmacy and they said this clinic always does this. They told the pharmacy right fax number a million times. Today the MOA called me in a very rude tune and didn't listen to me to finish before hanging up. I never expect to be treated as a client as I understand it is part of public service sector. But your poor administration and lack of professionalism can put your patients in pain. Do better and update the fax number in your medical system, it is not that hard!!

I don't have any problem or encounter bad experience from the first visit (2019) until today (2024). This also apply to my husband. We stick to one doctor only (Dr. Eric Wang).

I don't know why everyone bashes this clinic, saying it's terrible, but if I hadn't come across it during my moments of desperation, I don't know what would have happened. This clinic has been my saving grace when I had a sudden outbreak of rashes all over my body and didn't know I had contact dermatitis. Dr. Budai prescribed me medicine, and it went away within a week. This clinic is better than any walk-in clinics where you need to wait forever. They always have online booking, and when I book, I can see a doctor the next day or the following day, which has met all my needs. Otherwise, I'd probably be having a panic attack by now. Not easy finding doctors to see nowadays ,so i'm forever grateful !

Dr Balint Budai is a very good doctor. He is efficient, professional. He is like most doctors in this day and age. Overworked, highly stressed. Gone are the days of having a conversation with your family doctor, (if there is such a thing anymore) but this man is caring, he just doesn’t have the time. He has an abrupt way about him. He is a good doctor just the same

Awesome experience. I was charged CAD 140 for class 4 medical test for which other medical clinics quoted me CAD 240 and above. I was there for only 10 minutes and the process was super fast. Staff was extremely supportive.

I was pleased with my visit. The clinic is clean and well-kept. The front desk staff were helpful and attentive, and the doctor was polite and professional. Overall, I had a positive experience. Unfortunately, people often leave reviews only when they are unhappy, but I wanted to share my feedback because I was satisfied with the service🙂
