Le service est excellent, merci au personnel pour votre patience exceptionnelle et sans faille.. j'ai été traitée avec beaucoup de soin...un peu comme un client VIP alors que je ne le suis pas du tout! Lol. Les prix sont correct, ni trop élevés, ni trop bas. Et la palette de choix est vraiment intéressante et conviendrait à tous les visages. Il y a du standard et il y en a avec beaucoup de style. Je suis très satisfaite de mon choix.

Fabulous experience. Staff were quick but also took time to explain things. Emma's was excellent at giving feedback about frames that looked best and what were best glasses for me. All staff were friendly. I have already recommended spec savers to friends and family. I will definitely come again when I need new glasses. Thank you for a very positive experience.

I was skeptical about coming to Specsavers for the longest time since they always advertised as affordable glasses and I was afraid they would cheap out on quality. But wow I was so wrong. They really do have amazing quality glasses from known brands for an amazing Buy 1 Get 2 deal. I went during the 50% off lens upgrade and ended up paying around $500 for 2 pairs of glasses with the highest quality lens (thin, polarized, etc). You would pay $1000 anywhere else.

The service was also top notch, everyone was friendly. Didn’t feel pushy at all when looking around. But they went above and beyond helping me find the right glasses. When I went to pick up, one pair didn’t fit properly and they literally have the whole team spent 30mins to adjust it until I’m satisfied. Thank you to the floor manager, the optician manager, Doris and the entire Coquitlam Specsavers Team. You guys are amazing!

I’ve been to another Specsavers location before (which I won’t name), and based on that experience, I didn’t have high expectations coming here. But to my surprise, the service at this location was absolutely outstanding! Every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They engaged in conversation and made the entire experience feel personal and comfortable.

As for Dr. Atwal, she is truly exceptional. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly empathetic. It’s rare to find a doctor who takes the time to truly understand your concerns and offer clear, thoughtful solutions. Dr. Atwal did exactly that, and I felt completely heard and cared for.

I sincerely hope both she and the entire team here are recognized and rewarded for the amazing work they do as they truly deserve it!

Had a great experience @ Specsavers. From the original greeting and eye exam to the final pick up of 2 pairs of glasses everything went smoothly. The Dr. doing the exam was very thorough and took the time to explain everything she did and saw in easy to understand plain language. Nathan was exceptional in explaining the different types of lenses and other options. The glasses were ready in the promised two weeks and were perfect when they arrived. Oh, and the price was pretty good too. Couldn't be happier with my experience here and will be back when I need another pair.

Went in feeling quite worried about getting a new pair of glasses as I love my current pair but needed a spare set. Not only were all the staff attentive and helpful, I want to give a particular shoutout to Grace who was an absolute sweetheart and struck up a nice conversation about my career and schooling. Frustrating, Disorganized, and Unprofessional Service

Over the past few months, I’ve had one of the most exhausting experiences with Specsavers. I first visited a branch 5 months ago and declined to order glasses after being told it would take 20 days. A month later, at a different store, I discovered my prescription was still held by Specsavers, preventing me from using my insurance elsewhere. It took me weeks to track down the branch.

When I finally did, a staff member casually offered me new options and wrote on the store card that I could get two pairs fully covered by my insurance. I later visited another branch to order, where the staff were rude, impatient, and made me feel uncomfortable even trying on frames. After an hour, they refused the insurance coverage, dismissing the note from their own colleague.

The next day, despite the distance and with two small children, I went back to the original store. After choosing glasses, the system went down for an hour, and then I was told I’d have to pay more than half the cost because the new staff member didn’t know how his colleague had priced it.

This whole process took 3 months of unnecessary trips, conflicting information, careless staff, and zero accountability. I’m deeply disappointed by this company’s unprofessional service and poor management.

I bought contacts and two eyeglasses from Grace at Specsavers in Coquitlam Center. Grace was very helpful and informative. She helped me find the perfect glasses for my small face. I really appreciate the staff there and love their customer service. Highly recommended.
