I came in looking for new glasses and ended up with two amazing pairs—one pair of sunglasses and one with transition lenses. Eemaan was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process, showing me options based on my needs. At first, I chose a pair that turned out to be a bit too heavy and didn’t sit well on my face. I was worried I’d be stuck with uncomfortable glasses, but Eemaan was so reassuring. She did her best to adjust the fit, and later suggested a different pair that fits me perfectly. Now I have exactly what I needed—glasses that are comfortable, secure, and perfect for everything from day-to-day use to hiking. Thank you Sarah as well for giving me my last fitting and adjusting my glasses. Great experience!

I really want to give a big shout out to the staff at Uptown.The staff were amazing. Right from the time I walked in to the Dr. who did my eye exam. A special rave to Claire. She is the most kindest and caring person. Claire was very up front with me. Very honest and knows her job! Didn't try to up sell me she took her time helping me find the right pair of frames and the color I wanted! Thank you all so much,and thank you Claire for all the help I received from you.

Had an awesome experience getting my eyes checked by Dr. Erin Mae Blanco, very nice and friendly 😊 also KY did a great job helping me pick out the glasses that I wanted explained to me the difference of certain glasses and helped me get my everyday glasses as well as prescription sunglasses. I got contact lenses as well as prescription glasses and was shocked at how quickly I received both! They have a fantastic selection of glasses, and I’m utterly in love with the frames I chose!

I 100% recommend this place! From start to finish they were knowledgeable and friendly! I refuse to wear glasses for most of my life and I finally had to accept I needed glasses because I couldn't see my daughter's ultrasound. I went to Costco first and not only were they grumpy, they also gave me really bad advice, not to mention even the independent optometrist charged more then the optometrist at SpecSavers uptown and provided less information. Specsavers is the only place I will go for contacts and glasses and eye exams in the future!
