We had an awful experience at Medliv medical. Given the run around multiple times and didn't feel like a priority. Meeting Dr.Kloppers renewed our faith in the medical system. There are still doctors out there who love what they do and truly care about their patients. The receptionists are truly amazing and extremely helpful. One in particular absolutely went above and beyond for my family, I will remember her actions for life! Feels like a strong community we are so grateful to be a part of. I feel so much better knowing my family is going to be looked after properly!

I am incredibly grateful that we found Dr. Kloppers. We hadn't encountered such a caring doctor in over a decade. Based on my experiences with previous doctors from South Africa, I know they tend to be highly qualified and often have expertise in a wide range of ailments. During my first meeting with Dr. Kloppers, he took the time to explain everything to me and offered helpful suggestions paired with a great bedside manner.

Shortly after our initial appointment, I learned that he was opening a new clinic just down the road from us, so I made sure to get my entire family under his care. We are extremely thankful to have found him and his team at Springbok Medical.

Last week, when I returned from Mexico with an ear infection, I reached out to Dr. Kloppers. Though he was unfortunately out of town, he was kind enough to arrange for me to see Dr. Erasmus, who was equally compassionate and caring. How did Kelowna get so lucky to have two of the best doctors we've encountered?

Dr Kloppers is such an amazing and caring doctor. He is kind, really listens attentively to any medical concerns, takes the time to explain everything so clearly and has a wonderful sense of humour. This man is by far the best doctor we have ever had.

It was nice to see that the doctor I saw took the time to listen to my concerns, and wen thru the medications i am currently on, asking pertinent questions, genuinely listening to my answers, not rushing me out the door because other patients are waiting. I appreciated that, much better than a rushed phone call. This clinic has ample paid parking, is a relatively new building. Anyone that needs a doctor, should contact this office, you won't be disappointed.

Very pleased to have a new family doctor located in the Mission for myself, my wife and four sons, as our previous doctor is retiring. Dr Francois Erasmus has from the first meeting impressed us with his pro-active approach to health care and in the first week we have had full laboratory tests, an ECG and the prescription of blood pressure medication. We hope the two doctors, Erasmus and Kloppers, are able to expand their practice as there are so many families in Kelowna in need of good family care.
