Very happy with the manicure, friendly and accommodating. The price was half of what I pay at another local spa. They also give you a wonderful hand and arm massage. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely staff and great service! They were very patient with me as it was my first manicure and I had no idea what I was doing. I am very hard on my nails at work and I still have perfect nails after 2.5 weeks.

Very bright and clean. Loved that they have a variety of beverages to offer. Have to say this is the best place in town, I've found, for a pedicure. they included a wax treatment, hot stones and massage for fairly cheap. Cheaper than what most places offer, with way more included ($55). I've only had a pedicure here but my mom gets her manicures done here and she loves them and they always look good. Pleased with my experience, will be back and recommending

My recent visit to this nail shop was incredibly disappointing. Nancy's rude behavior towards me left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. Not only did she make hurtful comments about my appearance, but she also laughed at me in front of other customers. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, despite being treated poorly, I was charged a significant amount for a service that did not meet my expectations. The quality of the nail work was subpar, and I left feeling unsatisfied and upset.

I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. It's essential to support businesses that value their customers and provide a welcoming environment. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to seek out alternative nail shops where they can receive respectful and satisfactory service.
My friend also has an experience like me with Nancy. Zero of 5.

I got a full set of acrylics that cost me $130 and I still tipped him! But two of my nails completely broke on me already! I've never had this happen and I usually never have to pay that much for a set either. I'm very upset and will not be coming back here.

My gf went in to get acrylics done for a special treat, not only was the customer service horrible the actual nail set didnt come out at all how she (my gf) expected. They applied the acrylic way to thick and my gf asked them to thin it and they said that it would break the nail. (My gf has gotten acrylics many times in the past and even i know they shouldnt be that thick)
Shes been in 4 times in the past week to have them fixed, and every time the customer service is horrible. The nail tech was nhan and the lady that helped him was nancy.
