I accidentally found what I can confirm is the best pharmacy and I’m so grateful. I moved to the island in July and initially went to shoppers and it was one disaster after another. Yesterday however, when I needed an xray and had prescriptions to fill, I found St. Anthony’s. They were fast and did a full demo with my inhaler for whatever RSV or bronchitis thing I have. I also didn’t realize the $1.50 I paid for every prescription previously filled at shoppers was because shoppers has higher fees (they should be lower if it’s indicative of their awful service but alas). So my benefits covered it all at St. Anthony’s, it took maybe 20 minutes, everyone was friendly and thorough and it’s even closer to me than shoppers although I would certainly go the distance for this place. I only wish they showed up on google so more people knew about them although selfishly I’m happy they had the right amount of scripts to get mine done so quickly.

I rarely write reviews, but this is the best pharmacy in Victoria (and perhaps Canada:) Every person on their team is pleasant and friendly, and they go above and beyond to be helpful. They fill prescriptions quickly, and their exceptional customer service (especially in a busy pharmacy) is very much appreciated in this day and age when customer service is lacking in so many businesses! It just proves how important a positive work culture is in a business... Great work to management and everyone on the team!

Best pharmacy in town. Personal care, great customer service, knowledgable staff, never any waits longer than 10 to 15 mins for a new rx. Refills quick to receive. Karen one of the techs is amazing, kind and just overall an ace person.

St. Anthonys has a program called Heart At Home. The program supports people with medication, blood pressure monitoring, and diabetic management. Check out Heart Pharmacy Group if you or a loved one needs a little help! The pharmacy has a good range of wound care supplies and friendly staff to fill your prescriptions. The store also has a cute little gift section with unique products you won't see anywhere else.

Recent interactions with a staff member at the clinic have been rather concerning. This female individual at the front counter, who appears to have a stocky build and is of shorter stature (sorry dont know her name), displayed tendencies that are not in line with professional conduct expected at a health clinic. This includes including giving stern looks to people asking her a question, using voice tone that is near yelling, talking off while walking hoping that people catch up to what she says. Rest of the staff is easy to talk to and professional.
