They are worst.... never pick up any phone call... even if you try 20 times in a day for 5 days, you are lucky if they pick up your phone call atleast once.. and they are arrogant too

I went 3 weeks ago to have an x-ray of my knee and the receptionist was a hoot...very easy to talk to, and the technician was friendly and professional. Today I went to have bloodwork done. The receptionists were very nice and I had a male nurse take my blood and we chatted and giggled through the whole procedure. Living here in Victoria I don't have a family doctor so I've been going to a walk-in clinic. I noticed today that they also have a walk-in clinic and I'm def going to switch. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I came here for blood work. I was seen fairly quickly (20 mins), but I found the staff very unprofessional. One nurse left and a male nurse said loudly " good riddance" and several others snickered about it. The front desk was nice to me, but abrupt with others. When it was my turn to have blood drawn the male nurse came. He was very "fake nice" and did not take care in what he was doing. I ended up hardly able to move my arm for 2 days and have bruising covering my entire hand-print span ( he poked past the vein ). I would not return here.

I can't vouch for the rest of the centre, but my experience at the x-ray clinic here was horrible. While the receptionist was sweet and nice, the Male x-ray technician was abrupt and off-putting. My 13 year-old daughter was in for an x-ray for her foot, and the technician asked her "when she got her last period?".
I can understand maybe asking a woman "if she was pregnant" for obvious health and liability reasons before x-ray, but asking a young girl about her period for a foot x-ray Lack of professionalism and creepster 101

Possible broken bones - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Go straight to VGH Emerg. I only put one star, because it won't let me post unless I click a star, otherwise it would be zero.
After Xray, they send you home, tell you to wait for a call for results. After 5hrs of waiting, my daughter phoned to inquire when and who would be calling her about results.....THEY TOLD HER IT WOULD BE 3 TO 5 DAYS!.....Who can wait that long when you have a possible broken ankle?! Geez.....needless to say, we will be heading to emerg. when I get off work.....gaaahhh! And they don't do casting there either, you have to go to VGH anyways.....so don't waste your time.....go straight to emerg. would have been nice if they told us that from the get go.

I found Dr. Stiiis' knowledge old dated. Just 2 out of 4 tests that I asked for was requested for me. I did not received any calls for my ultrasound after a week! I doubt it was sent out at all as I never had it happened to me before. Would give zero star if I could. Would give one star if I could!

went there last august with stomach ache. I was told to stop taking ibuprohren , and to quit smoking there the hag has spoken. When in fact i had stage 4 stomach cancer that was diagnosed 6 months later by my family doctor. If this woman doctor had of sent me for tests earlier it might not have got to stage 4 and i could have started chemo sooner.

Terrible , I didn't even bother waiting after giving my details and name over; the older blonde lady was so unprofessional and fake , it's funny, I thought Canada was all about providing good customer service.
