Words cannot describe the way I feel every time I leave this facility. Dr Gupta has been my family doctor for the past 21 years of my life (I am now 22 years old). Every time she has seen me she has never called me by my first name although I have corrected her multiple times. Every time I come in for a medical or mental health concern, she dismisses my feelings and makes me feel less than human. I have left this facility bawling my eyes out and have a panic attack every single time without a doubt. When I was a teenager I struggled a lot with mental health and self harming. She told me to get it together and study and I will be fine which made me lose hope in getting better. About 3 years ago I decided I was finally ready to seek help as when I suspected I had borderline personality disorder and ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). She proceed to laugh at me and tell me my eating disorder isn't real and that I am anorexic and it would kill me if I don't start eating. She also mentioned that no mental health professional will take on a case that hard and there's no help for borderline if I do have the disorder. I felt once again, belittled and hopeless. A year later I went to a different doctor who diagnosed me with ARFID (the eating disorder that wasn't real). On Monday, I went in as my school required documents to be signed and I was met with attitude and disrespect. Once again, I left bawling my eyes out. Its safe to say, I will not be returning which is hardening as I have been a client for over 20 years.

On another note, Colleen the receptionist is the most kindhearted, respectful and caring person I have ever encountered in the industry. She is highly professional and always wants to help where she can. Colleen is probably the one reason I chose to stay at this facility for so long after the battened disrespect I have received for years.

Dr Gupta has been our Dr for almost 20 years. It was amazing to have her care for our daughter who just had her baby recently. Dr. Gupta’s personal care was exceptional. Her ability to advocate and support us over these years has been deeply appreciated. It was such a unique experience to have her deliver our daughter years ago, and now our grandson. Thank you Dr. Gupta for your genuine care of our family all these years.

A doctor from the maternity clinic at Langley Memorial offered to become my and my sons family doctor after he was born. I felt like the doctor shamed me for not being able to breastfeed throughout my entire postpartum and left feeling terrible every appointment. Whenever I had any pain or issues it was somehow related back to my not being able to breastfeed. I still decided to maintain service as my family doctor.

I've been dealing with an ongoing sickness for months, when it started my doctor was away and I couldn't wait 2 weeks for an appointment so I went to a clinic. After finishing the treatments given to me by the clinic doctor I made an appointment with my family doctor because I assumed that having all of my information going forward going to my family doctor made sense. When I explained this I was very insensitively asked how i even became her patient in the first place, and why I didn't just go back to the clinic. I was also scolded for not contacting her in the first place, even though i explained that she was away when i tried to initially make an appointment.

Overall get the feeling she does not want me as a patient, which is great coming from your doctor when you have been ill with no explanation for 6 months.

2 stars simply because the women who work in the office are always very sweet.

Dr Leo is my kid’s favourite doctor! He’s always so gentle and kind with them. I love the staff in his office - they are so generous with me and I really enjoy chatting with them! It all makes taking kids to the doctor SO much less stressful than normal. Additionally, my daughter has epilepsy and I felt with Dr Leo Wong that she is in excellent, thorough, practiced hands. Love this office!

I love Dr Wong and his whole team. They are so helpful. Whenever my daughter or I have emergency situations they find a way to get us quick appointments. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. Dr. Wong is respectful and inquisitive and takes solution oriented! I’m thankful for the terrific care I have received here!

After phoning many doctors last minute, they couldn't get me that day but the receptionist phones me back and gives a couple recommendations to other walks in available that day.

She didn't need to go out of her way to do so but it helped me out. Still offering an appointment on a later date if needed. Above and beyond service 👍
