Avoiding going here we had booked a pontoon only to show up and be told they double booked us.

They had plenty of time to call us and give a heads up but they didn’t and also did nothing to accommodate afterwards. Just simply said sorry don’t know what else to say.

Horrible experience. My family has been waiting 3 months for my birthday celebration boat ride… long story short, we arrived to learn they double booked our pontoon and did nothing to accommodate.. go to Skaha Boat Rental!!

Dont know what a boat slip is.... cant offer any advise on trailer parking and actually hung up the phone when unable to answer other related questions... brutal

Thank you for responding. I would suggest you train your new staff to pass calls to other staff members when they are unable to assist rather than hang up on calls.

Great selection of activities for affordable prices. We did jet skiing (two people on one jet ski) and it was $130 after tex and gas. It was very easy to book at the front desk and it was very easy to get going on it too, instructions were very basic and we had a good hour out on the lake. They also have kayaks and paddle boards and boats to rent too. Would recommend check this out, it’s a great way to explore the lake.

On the day we went to rent the pontoon they advised us that the boat had broken down and had issues with its oil the day before. They told us to call if there was any issues with the motor/engine and oil during our rental. The boat ended up breaking down on us and they advised us to drive back to the marina. No apology was given for the inconvenience, we paid for the hours used and then they tried to scam us out of the $1000 deposit for a bent propeller which was impossible to have been us as we were instructed not to go near any shorelines, go under any bridges etc… We wasted two hours defending ourselves in order to get our full deposit back. No apology was given for causing stress, wasting our vacation time and ruining a long weekend!

Rented a pontoon boat form these guys. Got it out on the water and figured out quickly that a lot of items on it were broken or not operational. Including some safety items like lights. Questioned the guy abo it all the broken things on the boat when we got back, he proceeded to get angry with us saying. We were trying to ge tour of paying (which nobody ever even hinted at). The workers also rip you off unless you check how much gas they are actually pumping. My advice, DO NOT GO HERE

As soon as I arrived the gorgeous and young (yet professional) blonde receptionist captured my attention. Her striking beauty was matched by her warm, knowledgeable customer service. The boats offered were alright…but truthfully it was her unforgettable charm and beauty that defined my experience. Her personality and exceptional service transformed my entire trip into an absolute pleasure. If it was just about the boats probably a 3 star establishment..But because of this unforgettable girl they hired I believe they are deserving of a 5-star rating.
