The Startline staff that I’ve been treated by includes primarily Brendon and Alex. These two guy’s will go out their way to make sure you look forward to coming back.
Brendin is very soft spoken, humble, very kind and a great listener. I told him over my nine years of receiving treatment from him where I was having pain and he would go to work on me. I had mostly IMS treatment (Inter muscular stimulation) the treatment with the needles hitting pressure points, I could literally feel built up pain get instant relief. It was similar to a ballon full of pain getting popped by a needle ( the pressure was literally leaving by the seconds). I was treated with a couple other tools in his box with equal relief that the IMS treatments gave me. Just a tip, needles are intimidating however just remember after the sting you’ll get lasting relief for months. (At least I did)
Now Alex, a guy who is extremely enthusiastic, also a good listener and helped me get years extra of heavy labouring. Alex, like Brendin always making you feel special and patiently hearing your story so he can work his magic. I suffer with osteoarthritis in both knees and two toes on my right foot. Alex’s injections gave instant relief and helped me get a couple more years out of my tired body.
Surgery is the logical next step for the above ailments but for various reasons I don’t want the surgeries and Startline staff put me on a knee strengthening program and suggested custom Orthotics for my feet. I’ve had to switch to light duty work now but anticipate being able to walk for the remaining years of my life, 66 now and still given it.
I just have to say, the secretaries always welcome you by name and always willing to answer questions. I thank God, for Startline. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff at Start line have been! They have helped me through serious injuries as well as just helping me through daily life pains and aches. I would recommend them for any injury or rehab, their knowledge in pain management and treatment is astounding!

I can’t say enough about Start Line. They have certainly exceeded my expectations. I was treated at the clinic after total knee replacement surgery. They have also treated my son for a hip injury from hockey. I can say with confidence that both Kait and Dr. Alex are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and take the time to fully understand the unique circumstances to best treat their patients to get them back to full health to participate in their chosen sport or activity again. We've had an amazing experience with Start Line Health and Wellness! Greg has been working with our 13-year-old for almost a year, and we couldn't be happier. Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great way of connecting with our son, making exercises both manageable and engaging. My son leaves every session feeling motivated to continue his training; building strength and coordination to enhance his extracurricular sports and activities. We truly appreciate Greg’s expertise and the supportive environment he creates. Highly recommend!

I’m an endurance athlete that has had some injuries from a couple years of overuse.
I had a 24 hour race on my calendar that was extremely important to me this year. I went to startline and saw Pieter and Alex approximately 4 months prior to the event when i wasn’t able to run at all.
They were able to not only get me running again, but I completed the event with 150km of running and placed 3rd overall.
I definitely recommend startline to anyone

The pain of a herniated disk in my lower back was a significant source of back and leg pain. Dr. Alex gave me the clearest understanding of the cause of this pain and he gave a detailed explanation of the epidural choices, the process of the epidural injection, and resulting relief I could likely expect.
Within a few weeks I was lowering the pain relief meds and after 4 weeks I am off the gabapentin completely. I understand that these disks often ultimately heal over time but that period can be excruciatingly painful. Drugs are not the preferred route of pain relief. The epidural has worked as Dr. Alex thought it would. The difference to day to day living has been immense.
I've yet to see how long this effect will last or if, indeed, my herniated disk has 'healed', time will tell. If it comes back I'll make another visit to see Dr. Alex. Thank You.
