Updated review: Fantastic customer service and support, short response times, and transparent communication. The machine I ordered also came in quickly after making the order, and was well packaged.

Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the specific model I bought after using it for a week and opted to return it. After emailing the order support contact for the return, the email ended up slipping through the cracks and went unanswered for weeks. I eventually left a negative review on Google detailing the situation.

The sales team promptly flagged my review and took immediate steps to rectify the situation. They took care of the return hassle, and I got my refund eventually. It was nice to see their commitment to customer satisfaction and fixing things when they go wrong. Overall, it turned my not-so-great experience into a positive one. Appreciate the quick response and help again!

Actually my name is Ted Martindale. I have owned a coffee house/bistro in Quesnel called Granville's Coffee for 27 years. We decided to go with La Marzocco equipment 3 years ago. We have a Strada and a Linea. Anyway we have dealt with Yavor at Stealth for purchases and service. This guy is a true wizard. We had an issue with our water which did a lot of damage to the Strada. Yavor rebuilt the machine from the frame up and it is like a new machine out of the box. This company is not huge by any stretch but don't judge them by the size of the shop. Great products and service.
