I had a very positive experience at STEPS Women’s and Sexual Health Clinic - located inside this clinic.

Appointments are handled with care and confidentiality, and the clinic clearly values patient education and informed decision-making. I also appreciate the clinic’s focus on providing accessible care within their scope, especially during a time when many people are struggling to access primary and sexual health services.

I’d highly recommend STEPS to anyone looking for respectful, non-judgmental care in the Valleyview area.

No calls back or attempts to reach my partner when they misplaced their appointment card and given that information for the women’s clinic is so convoluted behind 2 different numbers and not easily searchable makes it a pain.

Finally tracked it down and was trying to figure out if they had blocked my partners number for whatever reason and they answered first try, I tried to ask if this was the correct spot and if my partner can instead come in for a test rather then the self serve and was immediately cut off by a very rude lady that answered the phone and got defensive over the topic.
Like I never asked anything personal just generic information anyone should be able to ask since my partner is an introvert and dreads phone call but, because I don’t have a feminine voice they jumped to picking fights and pushing me away from anything. I was literally about to hand it off to my partner after it got confirmed to be the right number.

So horribly unprofessional like what an absolute joke.

Receptionists are most times friendly/helpful.

Doctor Viger sent out 2 letters in the spring of 2025 stating he is leaving the clinic permanently at the end of August 2025, with NO replacement….living thousands of people without a doctor, including my mother who is fighting a very aggressive cancer, my husband with newly diagnosed heart issues, my nearly 80 year father with many health issues, and myself being disabled.

Dr. Choi is in the wrong field. I had a dog bite that my hand surgeon wanted her to keep an eye on between appointments, and she didn’t like blood so couldn’t check it. I asked her once to fill out forms and she told me it would take too long and she would have to be billed by the hour, she didn’t feel comfortable doing breast exams and had to refer me to someone else to do them after being treated for breast cancer, she no longer even calls to give me results of mammograms or other scans and I have to look online myself. TERRIBLE doctor. Find someone else.

I attended the women's clinic in Orchard Walk and had an amazing experience. Starting from my first phone call appointment, until my final in person appointment, the doctor's and two receptionists were all so welcoming and lovely.

In the last 8 months this has become a horrible place to book. I’ve been coming here faithfully for nearly four years and in the last year since the two younger brunettes started working the front desk, it has been horrible. Completely unorganized and don’t seem to care, on top of that, they are rude. I was supposed to have an appointment today and was given a CONFIRMATION email that it was an in office visit. It was even made BY one of them. When I came in I was told that it was a phone call. After I told them about the email, they gave me attitude by replying “ well then that must’ve been a mistake because she’s not in today. “ at this point I have given up and completely done with this clinic. I will miss my doctor and my nurse, but the front desk people are far from professional and helpful. The older brunette and the younger blonde were wonderful at the front.

Not your typical clinic - that staff is always very polite. The place is absolutely spotless and tidied and the doctors I have seen have both been awesome. Efficient but not rushing. Doctor Lee especially has been excellent. Happy to have found such a great clinic.

If youre looking to get an appointment, you have a better chance of winning on a scratch/lottery ticket. Twice we have booked an appointment for our son and they have postponed it- for myself ive been able to get in quite quickly and had great care under Dr Shehata. Now he has moved away, and his replacement seems good but she is also here temporarily. Additionally there is another temporary replacement for after she leaves- but only until november and then we are advised to get back on a waiting list. Overall very hit or miss, for whether you get care or not.
