Dr. Porter has been my family doctor for almost 20 years and I truly don’t know what I would do without her. She’s been through so many chapters of my life, from everyday checkups to both of my pregnancies. She’s warm, incredibly smart, and just so easy to talk to.

It makes such a huge difference having stable, continuity of care with a practitioner who takes the time to get to know you. The one and only time I missed an appointment (just a few weeks after I had my second baby, so was in the middle of sleepless nights), she called me right away, because she knows I’m never late.

What I appreciate most is how she shares news with care and always finds a way to make you feel supported. She’ll also go out of her way to make sure you are updated on results, which is amazing. I always leave her office feeling reassured and in the best of hands.

AWFUL! The management is disgraceful. Loved our NP who no longer is there, but the staff are rude, unprofessional and inefficient

The first time they “ misplaced” ( lost) an application; this carelessness put us back 6+ months in our planning.

When we did switch to another doctor , it took them over 4 months to transfer files, even after a written request by our new care provider and a phone call from her office were made immediately!

When I realized this , I called the clinic myself and was told that the “ transfer” payment was never made, therefore they ignored all requests. No one communicated this when the requests were made.

My husband’s entire plan of care ( palliative and needing timely attention) was hugely compromised by this highly incompetent group.

It is unfortunate that the “gatekeepers/ direct contact points” to such an essential service create so many barriers and so much dissatisfaction among so many patients

I was scheduled to have an appt. with Dr. Porter through the TIA health portal. I was logging onto the video chat, and couldn't get my camera to turn on for some reason but my microphone was working fine. After several attempts to refresh my screen to try to turn my camera on, she wrote that I was a no-show. I was 100% on that call, and now I am going to be charged 40$ for a no-show fee. Quite the racket they have going on there. Absolutely absurd, and horrible bedside manner that you didn't give me the chance to fix my camera. I will never use TIA health again, and I would advise anyone against seeking Dr. Porter's services until her bedside manner improves. Unbelieve!!!

Changed policy on walk-ins without informing ANY of the long-time clients. They told me for years to continue going there given the lack of shortage of family doctors, NEVER took an application from me for one and now are refusing to see me after 6 years of going to them.

You can be bleeding out from every orifice and they will tell you to book an appointment. When you do book an appointment their website doesnt give you a single availability until the next decade.

Our doctor retired and they weren’t able to replace her. We were then told surprisingly that they no longer accept us as patients. We had to scramble for a new doctor during flu season for our family of 4 generation. Bad business practice.

The worst service, won’t take appointments over the phone, the link they make you book appointments through doesn’t work, no slots available for the rest of this year which makes no sense for a walk in clinic. It’s a joke of a place

Was a patient with Dr Stahl for 25 yrs and was always provided with. Best service from nurses and reception......but since his retirement ..... service has deteriorated....shows what kind of doctor he was....Happy Retirement Doctor......You deserve it.....But Damn do I miss Him 🤔
