The staff and assistants were amazing, however .. the vet could of been a little more sympathetic and professional, we took our girl in to be put down and all I asked for was a paw print before we did the procedure which the girls said they could do. After they got the IV in the vet came in and I asked her about the print she told me the ink takes awhile to dry and could paint it at home , I told her I tried that and couldn't do it but the girls said they would do it for me there. She didn't even acknowledge what I was saying and just went about doing whatever. I let it go and layrd with my baby to say my goodbyes , there was no time to spend with her after they injected her we were pretty much rushed out the door.

Not only all of that but I called 2 days prior to the appointment to get a exact amount on what it would cost they gave me an amount on the phone and then proceeded to tell me when I went to pay it was way above the amount they quoted and then told me they don't quote people I said well you did and this is all I have.

Needless to say I left with a very broken heart and little big of anger towards how it went. They didn't even take the IV out of my girl when they were done ?. Not a good experience will definitely be going else where next time.

My dog just needed pretty extensive dental work. Dr Sharpe was so lovely when we met her and explained everything in a concise, non judgmental manner. All the staff there were so warm to us, and we made a plan to move forward with the surgery. I felt completely comfortable leaving her in their very capable hands. Upon picking her up they explained to me in detail what was done and any aftercare I needed to provide. My dog is usually just a "me" type of dog and she was so comfortable in their arms. I appreciated that so much, ontop of the amazing experience it was so affordable. They really do care about your pet's wellbeing and I couldn't reccomend them enough. Thank you from Peach and I!

I dropped in to see these people about treatment for my senior cat. I explained he was extremely nervous in the car, and even moreso if he was out of sight of me. They sold me a medication to placate him, and an appointment for 8:30 AM. I arrived at my appointment time, they took him inside and told me it would be approximately two hours, which seem to me to be a long time to get hairballs shaved, and a few other things checked. However, I left him there and went and ran a few errands, and when I had not heard from them two hours later, I went back. They told me they were “just going to go get him then… They had had a very busy morning full of emergencies!!” .As I entered the clinic there was a lady leaving with a small puppy that she had just taken in for his needles, so explain to me how that is an emergency!! You don’t have to be a genius to realize they were selling me a a crock. Two hours after appointment time, they were just going to go get him!! I got my poor old fella out of there after he had spent two hours out of sight of me with absolutely zero attention, and I took him to a different clinic where at least he was serviced. My feeling is… Shame on them for being so unprofessional, and I hope you will reconsider taking your pets there.
