Larger dude behind the counter doesn’t know what he’s talking about, scrutinizing the seal of a death certificate (its a copy see no raised seal) that’s good enough for the house to be sold and judge who gave me letters of administration over the estate, but not for good old Sussex insurance drone over there who lamented at the audacity for a man getting upset at him for no speaking with him just prior to opening, maybe that’s a you problem, you managed to anger two people before 9:30am good work! All this for a temporary operatimg permit bought freely at other locations, avoid the guy is not customer centric and shouldn’t have that job. When you are creating arguments with your customers for no reason whatsoever.

Avoid go to Maxaam, the place he said wasn’t open on Sunday’s, wrong again!

They called me. I wasn't available to take their call. Tried returning their call. They don't answer. Call them back. Left message with name and phone number twice. They never returned my call. I guess I'll never know why they called me. I will take my business somewhere else.

Was being helped by a nice gentleman when an older lady representative started hovering over his shoulder, being extremely snarky (especially in her facial expressions) and blunt and super unhelpful. Providing extremely uncalled for and rude service, just barging in when her coworker was trying to help us. Please get your feet off your chair and knees off the side of your desk and act professional and kind. Thankfully a nicer lady actually came and wanted to help us out and was very kind! Still not going back here ever again to renew my insurance.

Fast, easy, friendly and competent. Do not go to the branch across the road in Walmart—the staff there are rude and incompetent. The Superstore location, however, is staffed by absolute pros. Deb had my registration sorted quickly and professionally, and was super friendly to boot. Highly recommend you go see her for your title transfers and automotive insurance needs.

Great service at almost closing time, I mean 10 mins til closing and the Great person there made things quick and easy in a pinch.
Was very professional at their job, and am happy I got to deal with them after having bad experiences at other insurance places.
The Superstore location has always been my best experience.
