Dr Tessa worked her magic on my lower back after some adjustments and stretching, I now can walk 🚶‍♀️ with a straight back. After falling off a ladder my right hip and and back were out of alignment. I feel so much better, and that's after just the first adjustment! I highly recommend Dr. Tessa for her professionalism and expertise. Thank you, Dr. Tessa!!!

Dr. Jamie Grimes is the only practitioner that has been successful in resolving my neck knots. He’s tenacious and excellent with active release therapy. His technique with shock wave will leave you painless if you can endure the process 🙂

I was really pleased with my appointment with Nicole. She was knowledgeable, thorough, competent, professional, friendly and helpful. My knee was almost completely healed from my last treatment with her, and the exercises she gave me to do at that time. She gave me advice on how to complete the healing process.

I had a fantastic experience! I was able to get in right away for a physio appointment in regards to what I thought was a sprained knee (I was unable to get a walk in doctors appointment). Dean was very receptive to figuring out what was wrong and really listening to what I had to say. Within 4/5 weekly appointments I was feeling totally different to how I started! For a first experience with physiotherapy I was over the moon with my treatment. Plus great hours so I could get in after work!
