I recently bought a 2L tub of kimchi from this company and as I was eating it I found half of a beetle. What are the odds that I ate the other half? I was disgusted. After this incident I don’t think I can trust buying products from this company. Now I’m hesitant to eat any pre-made vegetable products.

The worst repair service ever. Didn't fix the rice cooker and I got charged anyway because the technician replaced part which was not even broken. I requested for the refund but I was accused of breaking the cooker instead. What? He did not even check if the cooker works or not after replacing it and then blamed his customer.

I don't speak a perfect english and I tried to order products over the phone. They tried their best to provide a good quality customer service and the girl who talked over the phone suggested the products that I was looking for. Nice customer service.
