I had a full exam there, saw a doctor, dietitian, kinesiologist and updated my vaccines. Everyone I encountered, including the staff at the front desk. The appointments for my 1 year old was just as lovely. I'm also surprised at the negative reviews.

After being there for 5+ years I just withdrew. I dealt with the medical receptionist Pooja lying to me about our interactions, and then an extreme level of stonewalling trying to get in contact with my doctor (whom I still respect and enjoy once I finally talked to). I would suggest anyone looking for a new Health Care Clinic to stray very far from here as it’s changed over the years, and they are very much so ok with neglecting their clients if they feel annoyed or frustrated with you, or even lying to you about the interactions you’ve had with them. I’ve only had this negative experience in the past two weeks but it’s truly a relevant saying that a couple bad apples spoil the bunch. Pooja acted in a way that should never be exhibited in medical health care let alone a private medical facility you’re paying more for.

No one should have to deal with any medical professional lying to them about anything regarding their interactions or their health. Go to them at your own discretion, but if you have the funds to go private, there are better establishments that will care for, and respect you more, as a person and a patient. The whole experience was complete nightmare fuel so I had to leave this warning for anyone new thinking it may be a high-quality nice looking spot to try.

Hello - buyer beware! Both apps are ridiculously complicated if you are a senior and they only offer appointments with wait times beyond what I would get from my regular doctor - even with the holidays! Why would I pay for private care that is worse than public. For heavens sake get your act together Telus!

Awful service. Even it was free I would caution people against going there.
When Telus purchased what was previously called Copeman Healthcare, all of the good doctors left to start their own practices or go to competitors.
The service has dramatically declined since Telus took over, and it's obvious the staff and doctors are unhappy with new management and morale is very low.
To make things even worse, now whenever a doctor leaves they are kicking out all their patients along with them because they don't have capacity, perhaps because they can't hire replacement doctors due to their awful reputation?
Avoid at all costs.

I had an amazing experience at Telus, I’m really surprised at the negative reviews (sounds like people were unhappy the old office was bought out? Unsure but anyways). I had my immigration medical exam with Dr Masri and she was amazing. My visit from start to finish was great. The reception desk staff were super friendly, tentative and helpful. Dr Masri took her time doing my exam. The office was busy but I didn’t feel rushed. Cameron drew my blood and it was the best phlebotomy experience I had. So I would totally recommend this office!

I have great experiences with Telus Health formally Copeman. I find good value in the auxiliary services in Kinesiology and Nutrition and take full advantage of those services offered in their annual program. All the people are highly competent caring and attentive and they have backup if someone is away. I feel I get great value. I wish the BC government would recognize the value of the services to their clients and that it does not compete with MSP it augments it. I tired to enroll my daughter on my family plan but they are restricted by Province on adding new clients under the existing program.

Till now it’s doesn't seems a good idea, but sense there is no family doctor available in Vancouver lets try, appointment booked by phone, then they canceled it one day before and their employees calling me as a patient, started asking me questions without even identifying themselves,

We had Copeman for years and it was fantastic. TELUS purchasing Copeman absolutely ruined this clinic. The first thing that happened is their files were hacked and it was confirmed my file was one of the ones stolen. No compensation offered. This is ironic since TELUS sells cyber security to other businesses and claims to be one of the best, yet could not protect it's own business and patients. It started taking much longer to see a doctor and the whole demeanor changed from pleasant service at the front desk to disdain from the front desk. It's really too bad TELUS ruined what used to be a great service. I would not recommend them at all anymore.
