I have really tried to stand up for this clinic because there are some dang awesome people in there, but with the unanswered calls, phone appointments only, Dr. calling 4 hours past the scheduled time when I am at work driving, then I have to rebook and wait another 2 months, then finally the Dr. didn't even tell me about my troublesome test results, I AM DONE.

I have nothing good to say about the clinic! I understand healthcare lately has been garbage due to the government And I get it's short staffed and some drs are helping at the ER, but this is absolutely unacceptable! I just want to book an appointment for my son in person! I refuse to wait 1-3 months! We have a right to see a doctor! The wait times for calling the clinic are ridiculous! I have had nothing but issues getting appointments from the clinic for a year now! Do better! This is absolutely frustrating!

This clinic is inhumane. I recently had knee surgery a week ago and needing pain medication to help cope from the high pain which I can only get through my physician. The heartless receptionist refuses to allow me to speak to my doctor or any doctor over the phone to have the prescription filled. Do they not follow the bill of patient rights at this location as I have not been treated with respect or dignity. When a patient of theirs is in pain it is their duty and obligation to help, and they fail at that, and yet they choose to allow people to suffer. What is wrong with them?

Ridiculous. I had an appointment at 10:15 and didn't get a call back until 11:35, as I picked up the phone she hung up. Booked in again for the 31st of Oct, when I originally booked for this appointment a month ago.

I would suggest booking random appointments thought the next couple of years to stay ahead of the game. If you have an ailment or need to see a doctor they are booking 3 months away. I’m not sure how that’s ok, what if it’s serious? I get it go to the emergency - but what if you’re actually trying to do good in the world (lol) and leave the emergency room for actually emergencies? Thoughts anyone? This isn’t a dig at the doctors cause they are great but how can you allow that?

Very surprised by the negative reviews, we find The Associate Clinic exceptional! Love our new doctor, Dr. Ruttle - knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional- what more do you want? All staff are personable and helpful. This is a great facility!!

Maybe post online if you're going to be closing at 12 so people don't have to drive in and see your stupid little sign. I honestly don't know when I'll be able to get my blood work done with my schedule and your irregular hours

I have been on the phone for 1/2 hour, and they still haven't answered my call. This is ridiculous. I need a refill prescription, but no one answers. The pharmacy has been sending requests for over a week, but there is no response.Really, no one can answer the phone? 👎
