Anyone looking for any services that summit beauty Bar does should only go ro Fallon. I have had permanent makeup done in the past and they've all hurt and I've been un happy. I wavered back and forth on getting permanent brows for years as I just wasn’t sure I was ok trusting someone to put something permanent on my face.
