Today my husband and I visited the Hearing Loss Clinic in Golden. Our family doctor sent us for hearing testing. There was a very pleasant and respectful caring attitude towards us. The interior is very cozy and neat. And when I was expecting my husband, it was nice to drink delicious and aromatic coffee with a variety of sweets. Well, the main thing is that the hearing test took place in a very calm and pleasant environment, accompanied by a soft, clear voice and a beautiful smile. The most amazing clinic, the best service anywhere, wished i had more appointments just to see these girls. Raman the receptionist is wonder full and so help full offering candy and talking, very nice. Jessica always smiling , got my hearing back to almost normal. I give a solid 5 stars. The Hearing Loss Clinic in Golden is better than ever now. Raman the receptionist brought me a coffee while I waited and advised me as to which candies in the bowl were best! Jessica the audiologist is so much better than the previous ones. My right side hearing aid had been broken for years. The previous audiologists never noticed that. I just thought that it was set lower due to my right ear’s superior hearing ability. Jessica ran me through a lot more tests than I had been in the past as well. She is extremely friendly and competent. With Jessica and Raman, the Hearing Loss Clinic in Golden is a far better clinic than it had been in prior years.

My experience at the Hearing Loss Clinic was nothing but pleasant. Jessica is super warm, approachable and incredibly knowledgable, she made the appointment smooth and very informative. Jessica also took the time to explain all aspects of the test and each result to me which was really helpful!
