My husband and I have had only great experiences with this clinic and with our doctor. I see many comments about phone wait times and with so many appointments in the last year, we have never experienced a long wait, dropped call, etc. I think the max wait time would be maybe 5 minutes and have always received exceptional service from anyone we have had the pleasure to deal with at the clinic. As for our doctor, Dr. Garbawi, we are so blessed and fortunate to have her as our doctor, simply the best!

Even though every other business in town is pretty much back to normal the Clinic still only accepts phone calls. This would be okay except on average I have to call 15-20 times to get through and takes all day. . . IF you get through. I have had double bypass surgery 6 months ago yet I still cannot access medical services without severe delays ,if at all. The only reason they get away with this terrible behavior is there is such a shortage of Doctors in town if you get one you cannot give them up no matter how BAD the service.

I love my family doctor, he is an excellent doctor. My issue is I call and call and call 20x in one day and wait on hold for 15 minutes at a time and nobody picks up. If you want an appointment you have to drive down there most of the time. Lots of times I end up just going to the walk in or the ER because they can't fit me in anyways. So frustrating.

Love waiting OVER TWENTY FIVE MINUTES ON HOLD. Still havn't been serviced. This is absolutely infuriating especially when trying to get in contact with my doctor for an appointment (I missed his call by a minute and cannot directly call back). I am leaving this clinic. Doctors are great but I cannot stand this lack of service. Makes 0 sense especially for a clinic of this size. This isn't the first time I've given up on trying to contact them for a day.

I would like to put 0 star if it was possible!!! Why are they close on Saturdays? That’s ridiculous! I am a person who works all weekdays and have no time to come to the clinic during that time and am not able to get a day off becuz of the lack if staff in my workplace! Aaand I dont wanna go to the hospital becuz I tried it already and didnt get anything!!!

Trying to return a call from the doctor and their phone system just hangs up on you. Called billing and they wouldn't even let me explain just transfered and then hung up on. Over and over. Doctors don't usually call unless it's serious. This is not a fun game. Guess I'll just keep calling and trying.

With a few too many past unpleasant experiences with medical professionals, I could be a difficult patient. My husband and I had our first visit at the Clinic and met with Dr. Thwainy. As a young physician, Dr. Thwainy demonstrated a welcoming and supportive bedside manner. We appreciate her medical knowledge and the field in general. Dr. Thwainy was thorough with the interview while respecting our privacy. The rating for a 4 star instead of 5 is on the clinic. It took over 2 months to get an appointment for an introduction visit. I could have died, yet not.

I love how the first thing yelp said was "things might not be as good because of covid" funny how this is a medical place and yet, there was a lady with black hair and black glasses who decided that because she wasn't having a good day at work she decided to take that out on me. i don't recommend ever going here, coming from a medical assistant i would never. they need to hire better medical assistants and their doctor is alright. tell that girl to fix her attitude
