Oh my goodness, I couldn’t love a pharmacy more! I went to them for the first time, we had just moved into the area. We are used to going to Costco, but I hate giving money to big chains and waiting in line. We came in here and the staff were so friendly. They even gave my 2 year old a little colouring book while we waited… only 10 minutes. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!

This is seriously such a good pharmacy. They're so fast and efficient, as well as friendly and personable. They had my prescription transferred from another pharmacy and filled in less than 10 minutes. I'm so glad I found this gem and would absolutely recommend it.

I switched to THE PHARMACY because I was frustrated with big box pharmacies; in particular long waits, poor electronic communication and a lack of personal touch. The transition was remarkably smooth in that THE PHARMACY contacted my provider, had everything transferred over, entered my information into their system. It is such a pleasure to walk into THE PHARMACY and spoken to by name. Jane is a wonderful completion to their team; wonderful personalities, no errors, no waits, fast checkout. Couldn’t ask for more in a team at a pharmacy. I highly recommend switching to THE PHARMACY.

My go-to neighborhood pharmacy for prescriptions. I always forget how many other helpful items they have available for purchase and sometimes browse for anything I may need to restock up on at home. Friendly staff too!

Would not recommend.

I was sold a prescription cream several times bigger than what my doctor prescribed, and I didn't realize it when it got home. Called the store to inquire as to why I was being sold a different size that costed me much more, was transferred around a lot and had to call several separate times, encountered lots of beating around the bush, and given weak excuses. I just wanted to know why they would sell me something different from prescription without even telling me; was not a big deal until I was met with their infuriating responses. The pharmacy rep also kept interrupting me and talked at length. Not even a word of apology.

Turns out somehow their cream was the one medicine I was taking that was causing painful inflammatory reactions too, even though I had the exact same cream prepared for me by various other pharmacies in the past with no problem. I'm too tired to call again to ask why. My skin condition is much worse now than when I started using what was supposed to be a trusted medicine.

Horrible customer service, slow workers, suspiciously poor pharmaceutical work. Stay far away.

Very friendly staff. I was recently quite ill and the pharmacy staff bent over backwards to help me with my prescriptions. Great product selection as well.
