La clientèle apprécie la beauté de la chambre, le personnel est aimable, la situation est centrale et calme. Les massages et le traitement facial sont très appréciés. Le personnel connaît très bien son produit et le recommande. Le service est très professionnel et le personnel est très à l'écoute. Le spa est charmant et les soins sont très soignés. Cependant, la sound peut provenir du réception et affecter l'expérience de traitement.

I’ve had two massages and a facial at Spa Magnolia over the last few years. Gorgeous spa, friendly, skillful and very professional staff. Really like their product line especially Comfort Zone which is an Italian brand I’ve enjoyed for almost 15 years. It is a small boutique spa in a historic building so is very charming and they do make great use of the space, however the draw back to that is the sound really carries from the reception area into the treatment rooms.

I have been going to the Spa Magnolia for a few years now. I’ve had every service from pedicures to facials, hot stone relaxation massages to deep tissue. From the moment you walk in the door, the front staff are welcoming and the ambiance is lovely. Pair the amazing scent that they always have defusing with the lush robes and herbal tea in the lounge while you wait for your service provider and it’s just the best way to start your relaxation. I have had the best massages of my life here! Grace is my absolute favourite masseuse, but I’ve also had incredible massages from many of the other providers that were all exceptional. As a salon owner myself, I have recommended and will continue to recommend The Spa Magnolia to all of my clients. Every aspect of the visit is just so smooth and you leave feeling like a million bucks!!

Booked last minute services for my mom and I and our requests were accommodated with next-day appointments! And the person helping us book our appointments found availability so my mom and I could have appointments at the same time which was great! My mom and I had never been to this spa and we will DEFINITELY be coming back. It is a very relaxing, professional and inviting space, the lounge is peaceful and the spa itself is clean and beautiful inside. However, I came here to write about Tressa, who completed my treatment. She was genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met who really committed to creating a relaxing environment for me and made me feel extremely comfortable. She created one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. She deserves to be recognized for the work she is doing! Safe to say, my mom and I were very impressed!

I had the most amazing spa experience today. Akane went beyond and above to make me feel relaxed and comfortable.
She gave me a wonderful facial and a beautiful pedicure.I have been to many different spas in my life, but this one is by far the best I have ever been to.

What an amazing experience, my service provider was 12/10 !!! I wish I had her name to add to this review , she is a stunning Japanese woman. It was an extraordinary experience with her . I will find out her name as she deserves much recognition. Thank you for the wonderful experience

I had a really disappointing experience here with my aethetician. I told her I’m here to relax but she started selling products as soon as I went in the room. After I declined she continued to come up with different ways to sell which was such a turn off I wanted to leave. The aesthetician seemed really inexperienced and she talked more than listen to my concerns so the results really sucked too.

One if the top 5 facials I’ve ever had! My clinician had such a wonderful intuitive touch, I was transported!
My daughter-in-love had an amazing experience too!
We loved the tranquility of the waiting room wth the water feature and those plushy robes were the ultimate in luxury!!
We both had that relaxed rosy glow.
Highly recommended-will definitely be back!
