The assistants are amazing and clearly try hard. It's fast and affordable(they often are able to see you sooner due to cancelations) but that's exactly it. They rush you through everything barely explaining what's going on in a muffed quiet speed briefing and unless you are direct and even a little pushy you'll receive the basic care they'd give anybody rather than an individualized/personal approach and taking the extra time to slow down and check in with their patients(no acknowledgement of alternatives unless you know dentistry which shocker most don't, you just get here's what's happening) . Finally after all that all I have left to say is that their office is due for an update. seats are worn and the enamel on their equipment is pealing. It's up to you and your needs but personally they just don't install the confidence in me I expect out of someone in a medical industry, i don't think ill be back unfortunately

The friendly atmosphere and great care we receive here is bar none, open on weekends is unbeatable. We moved here from another dentist in Brantford a few years ago and I am so glad we did as the kids feel comfortable going here!

*Beware of Aggressive Treatment Recommendations*

I recently visited tooth corner to get a cleaning done and I'm shocked and disappointed by the experience. At just 27 years old, I was advised to have 5-8 teeth extracted (not including wisdom teeth) which seemed excessive and unnecessary. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion and discovered that I only need 1-2 teeth removed.

I'm sharing my story to caution others about this dentist's aggressive approach to treatment. While I understand that extractions are sometimes necessary, removing 8 teeth at my age seems reckless and unnecessary. I'm grateful for the second opinion, which saved my teeth and from a costly procedure.

Please get a second opinion before undergoing any major treatment. Your smile and wallet will thank you.

Front desk staff were fantastic and got me in same day for an extraction. It was quick and they have direct billing! They also handled my daughters extractions for her braces and were fantastic for easing the anxiety.

Today we visited The Tooth Corner on Colbourne in Brantford for the first time. My two adult daughters both with special needs were being seen to arrange much needed and overdue sedation appts. The warm welcome from Jill and Melinda at the front desk was beyond refreshing. Customer service beyond my greatest expectations. Then we were so blessed to be reunited with Karen the Nurse. We had received care from her a few years prior at another dental office and absolutely loved her. My girls had so much fun with her today that all of their dental anxiety just melted away. I cannot say enough about the gals at this office. Looking forward to meeting the dentist soon.

I can’t say enough great things about this dentists office. From the warm welcome feom the front staff to the nurses and the doctors, the entire staff are just wonderful. I have children on the spectrum with huge anxiety of the dentist and today she left NOT crying. First dentist ever I can say that about. You can tell they really truly care about their patients and even the parents there waiting.
I originally was referred for just the one kid but I’ll be transferring my entire family here. Good start sticker! Plus, the have the COOLEST Karen you’ll ever meet! She’ll change the way you see Karen’s. Haha 😉 Definitely give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Called RE booking my toddler for sleep dentistry. No clue who I spoke with, but my goodness I will NEVER book here and I’m so glad I had this experience before I did. Whoever I spoke to said they were booking out into august and sept, and wanted my son to be on antibiotics to “help with pain” until then… 5 months of antibiotics for a 2 year old?! Whom they’ve never set eyes on… YEAH RIGHT. There is risks to antibiotics alone, they’ve never done any questionnaires or consults to even look in my child’s mouth, never-mind for 5 months. And I’ve never heard of antibiotics helping with pain? Upon mentioning this- the woman on the other end of the phone was snarky and said “uh yeah actually they do help with pain”. I hung up.
I do not recommend this clinic for attitude alone.

Theyre rude, dirty, unprofessional, incompetent, they try to lie to cover up their mistakes, like saying you weren't scheduled when you have the card saying you were. The dentist got his license from a cracker jack box, has no bedside manner nor a clue how to administer freezing needles, do fillings, extract teeth or even comb his hair. They're pompous and arrogant always boasting that "he's the one that paid the big money for dental school" when questioned on their shoddy practices. And they try to steal money, pretending they didn't receive payment. I HIGHLY recommend not using this palace of pain and disfiguration, but if you somehow get tricked into going, make sure you keep record of every cent given and procedure administered. Other tooth corner locations in town have been courteous, cleany, understanding and nothing but skilled professionalism. Don't let these people near your mouth. You will regret it.
