Worst filler experience for the most money! And I have had many for several years.
When I arrived I told Kelly what my concerns were and showed her. She did FaceTime with a colleague who also looked at the area on the left side of my face that needed filler. The right side did not have the same concerns (wrinkles). We all agreed on Juvederm. I mentioned to both of them that I wanted it on the left side only. As the right side was fine. The colleague said “oh no, you need to have it on both sides to balance the face.” Unfortunately I went along with her even though I did not agree. The FaceTime video would not show the same issues as it would in person! But I had hopes that it would give the results I had hoped for. It did not. Almost no improvement. If they had listened to me and did filler where I requested, I feel the results would have been better. I went back 3 weeks later to discuss it with Denise. She told me there must have been a misunderstanding between Kelly and I and that part of the face was very difficult to fix with filler. There was no misunderstanding. I was VERY clear! If Kelly had told me that, rather than just do the filler I would not have been out $1500! 100% dissatisfied!

I had the best experience with Denise. She’s easy to get along with, clearly explained the process, and made sure I was fully informed. I appreciated her professional opinion and patience when it came to my treatment! Also the best hype girl! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Kelly and Denise are so knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming! They took their time to explain procedures, down time, results, and costs, all while making me comfortable. I am so looking forward to my next appointment with these wonderful ladies. They even ask that instead of tipping, you treat yourself to some of their on hand skincare products. I’ve been going to the treatment room for a little over a year now. After going to other medi spas always leaving not entirely happy over the years, I was so happy to find this gem so close to home. I’ve gone to Denise primarily, but have also seen Kelly a few times as well! Both of them are so fun to chat with during your visit, they are both so personable and friendly. I recommend them to anybody that’ll listen to me. I wish I could visit them more often 🙂

With learning about it from Courtney at Silla Beauty Bar then hearing that the Treatment Room was going to be offering their services so close to home I knew I had to go for it! I booked my appointment with Denise and so glad I did! She was very professional and explained everything so well, answering any questions I had before or after the procedure was complete. Just after 1 treatment I’ve noticed a difference in my acne and acne scaring. Before leaving the first appointment she reassured me to reach out with any questions and I immediately booked my next appointment following the first! If your struggling with any facial skin issues and want a confidence boost I highly recommend booking with the Treatment Room!

Denise is wonderful. I booked a consultation and she was very knowledgeable. She was able to be informative by putting things into terms that I would understand. I didn’t feel pressure to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She makes the process easy and her bed side manner is absolutely wonderful. I ended up proceeding with the treatment I was interested in during the consultation. She made sure the procedure was safe for me as I’m on other medications. She did a thorough background check to ensure the procedure would be safe, which I appreciated greatly. Highly recommend!
