All the kind people at Thermo Tech mechanical , will give you the kind of service you wish you got everywhere else , my experience with them has been outstanding .. and I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a heat pump.. I had a three tier heat pump installed in my home , it was completely covered by clean BC , the folks at Thermo Tech helped in all the stages I needed to get my heat pump installed . Yearly I will have them come back to maintenance it ,because their service is just that good. I would highly recommend them. It's a local family business and here in Courtney. We need to support businesses like that. Especially when they show the kind of professionalism these fine people do. 😉

I highly recommend Thermo Tec. During our home survey, Mike and Julian thoroughly covered all possible options and available rebates for an add-on heat pump to a gas furnace and presented a couple of quotes immediately, helping us greatly in making the best decsion. During the installation, Austin and his crew were very professionnal and expertly made all the necessary modifications to combine both systems in less than ideal conditions. Finally Julian came back the next day to meticulously adjust and set up all the programming functions for best efficiency.
Overall we were pleased with the whole process and for the friendliness, knowledge and work ethics of all personnel. Thanks Thermo Tec for a job well done

When our original techs weren't as efficient as hoped for, we called Thermo Tec in an emergency-- not only did they come in same day, but they had the part we needed on order before they left the building, and got our HVAC back up and running as soon as it arrived. When we brought up a different problem with them, they also got it measured up and had a sheet metal tech come in and fix the secondary problem within days.
There's no doubt, Thermo Tec will be our first call next time!

Thermo Tec are a local family run business and I was impressed from start to finish. For years I had been looking for a gas furnace quote yet the big companies ignored me because I wasn't interested in the heat pump system.

I like gas, it is a clean burning product and we have abundant gas reservoirs off our very own coast off Vancouver island so I am not concerned about future supply. Plus natural gas is cheap.

Thermo Tec was recommended to me and after I contacted them they came by in person to discuss my options. Julian is clearly highly knowledgeable and he kindly explained the benefits of a gas furnace, the process involved in the installation, and the costs involved.
Everything was as he said, Julian was part of the team that installed the new gas furnace for me, they left the place clean, and it works so well (and quiet), I can even use it to draw the cool air from my basement into the main house on a hot day.

I am super happy with the furnace and the level of service from Thermo Tec.
