My whole family sees Dr Thomas and we all love him! He has gone over and above the call of duty for all of us! He truly cared we all feel like we have won the lottery to have him as our Doctor! Always comes to visit you in the hospital too first thing in the morning if you were admitted! Thank You Dr Thomas and Thank you to the ladies that help you ❤️

I am really impressed with the care we got from the Vet and Staff recently. We had a pretty serious emergency that needed to be dealt with sooner then later. Our dog is extremely Large, an nervous. On any other occasion I would have had time to get his anxiety meds prior to the visit. Everyone was super patient with us. And the outcome was better than expected. For those people that leave reviews about the cost of Vets. You really should know the responsibilities and cost involved with owning any animal. I love that they clipped his nails without being asked and didn't charge me for it. I love that they called to check in on my dog the following day. Great job. Thank you for getting us in so quick and being so patient with us. Great place to take your animals.

We've been patients of Doctor Pretorious since he began his practice here in Kamloops.
Three years ago come the new year,
I went to see Doctor Pretorious for what I thought was a strain from shoveling snow.
You'll have to Google this "Orchiectomy" was carried out, within about a week.
Earlier this year a prosthesis was implanted, thanks in great part by Doctor Pretorious's early diagnosis and
Qquick actions.

I've been seeing Dr Gorman since his practice opened, he's very patient and caring with all of my family, very supportive when I have had reoccurring mental health issues and generally just a great doctor and person. I'm so grateful to be lucky enough to have a reliable family doctor, and such a nice one to boot! Reception and nursing staff are also great, caring people as well. Thank you to the whole clinic!

We are so lucky to have Dr. Wege. She is absolutely amazing and I would give her 6 stars if I could. She genuinely cares about medical concerns and wants to get to the bottom of the issues. I also loved her receptionist, Amanda, who was always friendly and accommodating. The new receptionist, Jenn, deserves zero stars so I've placed my review in the middle with 3 stars. She is rude, impersonable, and honestly has no business working in a position dealing with people, especially those with health concerns. As the receptionist is the first (and only) point of contact for the Doctors, it doesn't leave a good impression. Would LOVE to have Dr. Wege or another member of staff reach out to me to address my concerns, as Jenn outright refused to let me speak to anyone else, nor would she book an appointment for me.

I love my Dr he is amazing. He was there for me for the birth of both of my girls and I couldn't have asked for a more caring and attentive Dr to help me get through child birth. I love that he is very upfront and honest even if you don't want to hear it!! Dr Gorman is the best Dr I have ever had.

Dr. Gorman is an amazing person, but his receptionist has been a problem for years. I have been at this clinic for 13 years, and I have had issues with this woman for years.
She has lied to me, thrown out documents and then told me she didn't, she threatened me with "burning bridges", and her overall behaviour is aggressive, snarky and unprofessional.
It makes the doctors look unprofessional.

Dr. Laupland is a wonderful physician! She genuinely cares about my medical concerns and that of my young children. She is professional, courteous and obviously knowledgeable in her field. Amanda, her receptionist, always brightens my day, is relatable and easy to talk to. A+ service for this busy, downtown office. I trust these ladies with my family's health whole heartedly!
