Caleb and his team with TremTech Electrical did a professional job. Caleb came to our home and gave us an estimate and let us know what to expect. When the time to get it installed, we were given a few dates and we selected one that worked for both parties. At install, unfortunately, the power company we used, was unable to disconnect the power on the date, so Caleb and team continued the install. When the power company was able to do the disconnect, he came back and finished the install. He provided us the manual's; a basic understanding of the generator worked and helped in introducing us to the propane supply company. You will still have to qualify via a credit check for the propane. I have one regret in not getting the propane monitoring via the app at install and I believe at some point, not getting the 3rd propane tank.
