We have been dealing with Tri City Home Medical Equipment for many years for a variety of products and services, and although they have always provided great and friendly service, I have to say their technician Eric is exceptionally wonderful. I found him to be a savior! Although his schedule was jam packed for 2 weeks, due to what I felt was an urgent safety issue with my dad's chair lift, he made the time in his day on the same day that I called the office to go to my dad's and assess the situation with his chair lift, and within 2 days he was back at my dad's with an ordered part and he serviced my dad's chair lift to ensure that my dad would be safe in the event of an emergency. Thank you ever so much Eric for your outstanding service and friendliness!
