Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The team at Triniti Laser is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The clinic is spotless, modern, and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. I felt completely at ease during my laser treatments — they explained everything thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable, and the results have been phenomenal. So happy with my visit to Triniti - Staff, clinic, and treatment. Staff was super informative and listened to my concerns and needs, and then provided a guide with options that both fit my budget but still addressed what I was looking to achieve. I was given clear directions and expectations about my treatment. My nerves were comforted and I was really put at ease. We all joked around and had an easy banter! Received a follow up on how I was doing - just a lot of care was provided to me and I really felt I was in good hands and personally being looked out for. Honestly blown away. I’ve honestly been having such an amazing time here! Especially as a person with PCOS trying every possible thing to overcome my acne, I want to give my greatest thanks to Colt who helped make it happen (basically saved my life to prepare me for some of the biggest events of my senior year). Had a great experience at Triniti Laser Clinic with Colt for a small vascular laser treatment. I originally booked a differeng service, but during the consult, Colt took the time to assess my skin and recommended a better (and more affordable) option. He’s clearly not profit-focused—just genuinely wants the best results for your skin. Highly recommend

I've been a loyal client at Trinity Laser clinic & Med spa for almost 2 years now, and I honestly can't recommend them enough! From my first visit, I knew this place was special. The staff is always warm, professional and incredibly skilled. They use top-of-the-line technology and products. I've had variety of treatments with Tahora, from laser removal to spa treatments, and I'm impressed with the results. I came in for Botox and potentially a lip filler touch-up. The Botox itself was done well and I have no complaints about the technique or explanation there. However, the experience around discussing filler left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. I’ve been receiving Botox and mini lip filler consistently for several years and have a clear sense of what works well for my face. When I asked about the possibility of getting filler again, I was met with a condescending tone and unsolicited comments about my facial structure that honestly felt harsh and judgmental.

I fully understand that a provider may choose not to perform a treatment, and I fully respect that—but the conversation could have been handled with much more professionalism and care. A simple, “I don't recommend it at this time, let’s reassess at your next visit” would’ve gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling talked down to, disrespected, and like my opinion didn't matter. While the clinic itself is clean and well maintained, and other staff members were lovely, I likely won't be returning due to this approach.
