Our jet pump completely failed (motor related), resulting in 4 houses without any water. Called Troy Electric to see if they could help. Brought it in at around 9am, fully expecting that it would be a few days before we got it back. But upon hearing of our challenge they said they would take a look at it right away. Within two hours of dropping it off I received a call to advise me that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. The cost was very reasonable and the service was great. We’ll have no hesitation in bringing other work to them. Thanks for helping us out!!!!

My pool pump needed to be repaired, of course this was during the hottest time of year and with family coming. I brought it in around 8:30 AM, they were busy but still managed to get the pump repaired for me by noon the same day. Excellent service & turnaround! Thank you!

This company is amazing! I went in to source a protective guard for my Makita chop saw and they were very professional and helpful! They even provided me with an alternate saw (as they had one at the time) while I waited for the parts to come in for my saw. FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!

These guys are the service/warranty providers for King Canada equipment. My combo lathe/mill suffered a damaged headstock gear in February 2020. The part was ordered in March and, after much a** dragging, King finally shipped it to Troy in January 2021.

I’m sure Spencer and Kelly would agree that I was a difficult customer. I know it wasn’t their fault, they are only the face of King and the Chinese supplier but to me, 9.5 months to get a simple part is beyond ridiculous. That’s not why I’m writing this. I took the headstock down to them and it was mere hours before they had it ready for pick up. I was gob smacked. And thrilled. Hats off to them and their crew – a huge thank you.

These guys are great!
They didn't even make fun of me when I brought my impact in for repair as a first year when it only had dirty brushes and, today Fern went out of his way to make sure that Makita's warrenty covered the cost of repair when my drills gear box and chuck went.

Had a drill fixed on warranty. Issue re-occurred and the guys were able to help me right away. Instead of making me wait a month without my drill and sending it away etc. they had a quick fix for it and took care of me immediately on the spot. Couldn't ask for better assistance and got me back to work.
