While stranded out of town on the road we call the receptionist and requested for our prescription to get emailed to and explained our situation and needed our prescription urgently she took over 2 hrs to send it and it was even the right one. After calling her back she was extremely rude and refused to email the proper prescription then hung up on us. We tried calling back a few more time bud did not answer our call. This optometrist is very unreasonable due to lack of staff and random days closed. Would not recommend

My experience at True North Optometry was wonderful! Dr. Budac was very thorough, professional and kind. His wife Emily and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. My young children had a positive, fun experience having their eyes checked. For myself, I felt like I was receiving personalized care and recommendations, and did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. Highly recommend!

Going to True North Optometry is always a wonderful experience! The staff are so warm and welcoming, and the space itself is beautiful.

Dr. Budac is amazing at what he does and he really dives into your overall health and takes that into consideration when doing your eye exam. He's very thorough and was able to give me some personalized recommendations on what I can do to improve my eye health.

Out of all the clinics in town, I find them to have the best selection of frames as they're always keeping up with the current styles/trends. Plus, Emily is the best at hand picking which ones to try on and will be your biggest hype woman!

Oh and we can't forget Calvin, the cutest shop dog in town! Can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!

From the time you enter to the time you leave, the team at True North truly provides the best service .Dr Budac spends time with his patients and goes through every option in detail. He has been absolutely amazing with all three of our kids and promoting health eyes by giving them exercises to do. Recently we had an issue with one of our boys eye. Emily asked me to send pictures over email and reviewed it with Dr Budac so I could be at ease that it was okay. They truly care about their clients and provide valuable service.

The whole team at True North Optometry is fantastic. Everyone was so patient when I brought my cranky baby with me for my eye exam. Dr. Budac and Emily were both so sweet and treated us with such kindness and care. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience at any other optometrist.
