Dr Susan has been treating my family for over 15 years. My wife and I have seen over a dozen chiropractors over our lives and Dr. Susan is able to give us positive results that none of the other professionals were able to get. I have a chronic back injury, and after seeing her, I am almost pain free! Moreover, the benefits of her treatments last for several months. Plus, her unfailingly positive, warm attitude makes each visit a pleasure (even when it is physically uncomfortable!!)

Teresa at the front desk is a breath of fresh air. Client service skills are incredible as she’s kind, approachable and radiates positive energy. Dr. Spencer Smid is one of the first chiropractors I’ve ever met where the relief is instant. Well-spoken, identifies issues quickly and also has impeccable client service skills. Best experience I’ve had in a while and can’t wait until my next appointment.

I had a wake-up call during my visit with Spencer as I had been seeing a different chiropractor outside of Tsawassen previously. I found Spencer to be very intelligent and intuitive, with incredibly advanced techniques (which he had multiple of). I arrived with pain that had been affecting me for months, and left pain-free, limber and happy. I couldn't imagine me going anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!! Especially if you aren't achieving optimal results with a different Chiropractor. I was blown away with the difference in their more advanced treatment.

Dr. Spencer is exactly what you want in a chiropractor. He is very knowledgeable, gentle when he needs to be and has the size and strength to handle business when things need to be cracked. I’ve been to other places (usually when I travel or because of a chiro massage combo) but I always come back to Dr. Spencer.

This is the very best clinic. I have never had a better experience with any Chiropractor, Susan Coutts is hands down the absolute best you can find. I had hip pain and shoulder pain that I could never seem to get over and she took care of it finally!! She knows exactly where to go and always takes her time to properly assess you, every single visit. She is a true healer, someone who genuinely cares. Apart from her amazing skills, the best parts of her treatments is her excitement and enthusiasm to see you and take care of you. She is so happy ALL THE TIME, it's amazing and I cannot say enough good things. And don't let her petite size fool you, she treats my boyfriend who is 6'3 with ease.
One last thing, the reception team is kind and friendly and their online booking makes things so easy as well.

I've been going to Susan for 30 years. She knows my joints well. When I go in I'm always in alot of pain, when I leave pain is gone!! I would recommend Tsawwassen Chiropractor to anyone!
