Disappointed and Misled – $60 for Nothing

I was charged $60 upfront, only to find out afterward that the new doctor doesn't specialize in the specific areas I needed help with. I find this incredibly frustrating and honestly, a total rip-off. I had been working with Dr. Sarah for some time and trusted her care — unfortunately, she recently retired. There was no clear communication about the limitations of the new doctor’s expertise before the appointment. This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I won’t be returning.

I have gone to Tsawwassen Place Dental Clinic for many years and I have never had a bad experience! They provide exceptional care here. Debra at the front desk is very helpful, kind and extremely hard working. Pavin, Kieran and everyone I’ve seen have been fantastic dental assistants and Dr. Harland is the best dentist in town. I highly Recommend!

Dr. Harland and her team are incredible. I just recently finished getting Invisalign and Dr. Harland's expertise was second to none. I felt very confident in my decision to get Invisalign through this clinic and I'm so glad I did. I had quite a bit of crowding in my bottom teeth and now I have a smile that makes me happy. I definitely smile a lot more now and a boost in my confidence. Chantal at the front desk was awesome working with my insurance and setting up a payment plan that was doable for me too. I highly recommend going here for all your dental needs. Dr. Harland is a very warm person who genuinely cares about her patients.

So my review is about the receptionist Deborah.
I actually phoned looking for a new MD and called by mistake.
This kind lady went so far as to research and found where to register local to South Delta for a new Dr. (Delta Division of Family Practice)
She was so helpful and went out of her way to help me.
For this reason my family will be coming to this office for all our future dental needs.
Absolutely made my morning..

I have been to numerous dentist thought the past number of years and all have been OK until I met Dr.Harland, she is absolutely "EXCELLENT". She listens, communicates and does an absolutely fantastic job, I wish I was her patient before other dentists pulled some of my teeth, she worked to save my tooth without a huge expense and absolutely no pain.
This dentist works so well with her assistant Debbie who is also very friendly, and professional. I will recommend this dentist 100%.

Wow. Dr. Walpole is the most caring, professional, knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen. From start to finish unbelievable. I had 4 silver fillings replaced and a crown, didn't feel a thing, she fit me in around my schedule and followed up to make sure I was fine. (I have severe white coat syndrome she was the first dentist I have seen I didn't need to be sedated). The office is great, the staff friendly. Note: she also has small hands A+++
