Dr. Luan Le is the most personable, friendly doctor I’ve ever dealt with. He was professional, made me feel comfortable, preformed the procedure required better than most doctors I’ve seen prior to today. I’ve been to this clinic before and this evenings experience was even better than the last. The admin assistant explained things to me clearly, she was personable and helpful. Great experience all around.

As a future doctor myself, something needs to change with how administrative staff in clinic are handled. Either in the hiring process or even in monitoring the work that they do. It is totally unacceptable that even after 100 calls, you go straight to hang up or alternatively are on hold then hung up on. I called at 4:30pm on the dot as soon as it changed from 4:29 and was unable to get through. I would wager that administrative staff at this clinic are letting their own friends/family get an advantage in booking. It’s not the healthcare system that’s broken, it’s the people within it, mainly administrative staff. I will fix this when I become an attending.

Edited: They reached out, the phone line is a problem with bell. Also, very caring doctors.
Great care when you see someone. Called 138 times starting at 430 full at 511. Calling at 430 sharp doesnt matter the phone line doesn't work. Even when you get through and are on hold the call drops every time. So getting in is almost impossible.

Had some pain in my leg due to prior surgery. Went to meet the Doctor 1 and he referred to a CT scan. It took a month for report to come back and I went back but this time I met with Doctor 2 who read my report and said I was fine and go home. Though I didn’t felt fine.

Later registered for NB Health Link and saw report myself which stated that infection is present and to go for MRI and consult a general surgeon. I went again and this time met Doctor 1 and told him and he said yes you should have been referred and he referred the case to General Surgeon.

Incompetency at its finest honestly. This whole process has taken more than 2.5 months and don’t know the status of infection as it literally was the case for my surgery before and incompetency from a prior doctor in Ontario.

It used to be very good some years ago when the staff was good.Now its useless since it doesnot serve the purpose of a walk in .You need get appointment.The entire month me and my son were getting sick on and off and though I called on time like 4:30pm from the very scratch it runs the message that we are full or its a wrong number.Talked face to face but the current staff is rude.Living in the neighbourhood it was convinient for us but now I dont know who gets the chance to get an appointment.Not recommended at all.
You wont believe I just called its was exact 4:30 and first tge message ran tha the customer you dialed is not available..and on second attepmt that they are full ..ridiculous

DR. Mobin, made me feel very uncomfortable, I had falling down a flight of roughly 30 stairs on my behind, I wasn't sure if I had broke anything or not. I had a large piece of flesh missing along with a huge lump in which it never went away. In the process of being examined there was no female nurse present, the doctor then got me to show him the wound on my behind and used no gloves and touch my behind with his bare hand. Then informed me to go home its a blood clot and sit on heat. I have never and will return to this unprofessional clinic

Called this clinic and was on hold several times and several times they hung up the call from their end , until finally the answering machine said they were out of appointments for the day

Called several times and when I did get through, was put on hold, then cut off and heard dial tone. Poor system, 40 minutes calling and then got recording saying they were booked full, what a waste of time
