Horrible place!! I had my 9 year old dying in pain and they gave priority to drug addicts and homeless people. The place is gross. They should care more about giving good healthcare to those paying their taxes to receive good healthcare and not to the ones that are a burden to society. The health system is absolutely useless!!! 😡

I had blood infection a year ago full sepsis I was told that if I wouldn't have come to the hospital I would have been dead with in the next 3 hours switching over my antibiotics every half an hour for the two days and then for 5 days after that it was every 2 hours drawing blood every four the whole time It took them till my last afternoon there to get me up in a room and an emergency I had my own room but the moment I could stand up I didn't horrible horrible work ethics

My main physician dr houghton was amazing and very thorough. The PORTERS were amazing every step of the day and totally brighten the mood. The nurses as a whole were good but there were a couple major ball drops while I was there for three days including forgetting a 24 hour urine sample, an unplugged monitor for 3 hours and telling me I could leave for an hour to grab some things and then when i had my doctors appointment to follow up after, I was listed as. Leaving against the advice of physician. Not impressed

Overall the staff, nurses and doctors are friendly, but to be honest the time they spent on homeless people is almost 9 times more than the time they spent on normal people! I have been there couple of times with a KID in my hug and waiting for 6HOURS to see a doctor! It is insane...! You can not find a bed to lay your kid on during your stay! The only thing matter is homeless, overdosed people not TAXPAYERS!

Long wait times are to be expected. It would be a very good idea to allow the patients who are able to leave for some of their wait time. Rather than making all the sick people sit and wait in the same room for endless hrs contaminating one another.

Surgeon Dr Dreyer, absolute insane surgery he had to plan and executed on my broken leg,shoved one bone inside another😎🤔🤮total miracle worker,great personality, very profession and those words are minor descriptions. Just an unreal, blessed talented person. Thank you Dr. See you in two weeks, saved my life.the rest,students, nurses,sanitiser crew, caterers, physio department just top notch the best. Love you all. I still cry with gratitude when I say that. Just, god bless you all. 💐😎❤️🙏

Prior to Covid our hospital staff in general sucked. The nurses, if you're a patient there are slack and spend more time gossiping between each other than caring if they have the meds out on time or if the patients require their time..there are of course lots of amazing nurses out there, but the few that aren't so concerned with their job titles make a hospital stay seem like a nightmare.
However since COVID, it seems these slacking caregivers have actually shown compassion and understanding. It's like a 180° turn. It actually now gives me hope that they will continue to be as helpful once the pandemic has subsided. Just my personal opinion.

Usually it takes forever at emergency, and staying in pgrh most of the nursing staff sits and gossips about their personal life. Which 8/10 times results in delays in meds. Also they can be quite rude. However with covid they have done a 360° in attitude. Much nicer now..
