Very nice store and friendly staff. But not happy with customer service and beware aggressive boot fit especially if you are not local. Bootfitter correctly IDed my current pair were too big, but sized my into a very aggressive "performance" fir knowing I was both from out of town and headed onto a multi day backcountry trip. Despite my misgivings on the short fit (and still after many adjustments and two days of skiing), I was sent on my way with assurance these were "right" and misery ensued. I can't ski the boots and local fitters say they won't be able to make them work despite punching, wedges, etc. Shop offer no recourse but "come to Revy". Highly disappointing and different from previous assurance they'd "work with me". Buyer beware! I'm sure tons of happy folks but be careful if you are not local.

Fantastic experience here. Been coming to this store for years, this season I bought some ski boots here and today I had Gareth help me with some foot beds and helped me tackle some issues I've been having. I felt really attended to and cared for and was stoked about the experience and service I received. Would highly recommend!

After a very disappointing boot fitting at critical parts, I went into Valhalla. George provided a fantastic boot fitting, giving me a breakdown of my feet and exactly what kind of boot I should be looking for. I was impressed with the customer service and the friendliness of the staff in store. I will definitely be coming here for future purchases when I visit Revy. Thanks again George!!

I went into Valhalla as I was having issues with my boots last season and didn’t want them to continue this year. George my boot fitter was such a help and booked me in for an appointment the following day. Turns out I was in a boot that was two sizes too big. George was super patient with me and allowed me to try on several different boots, all the while explaining what he was doing and why. I would recommend Valhalla to anyone who was looking for experienced fitters who genuinely care about their job and your ski season.
